~Food image~
Not only do we offer the best in both taste and quality, but we also pay the utmost respect to the ingredients and spare no effort or time in preparing our food.
We aim to directly express the appeal of our ingredients by changing the way we serve them and the way we serve them, so that you can experience the wonderful four seasons of Japan.

~About our goals~
I want Azabu Kishida to be a success, of course, but I also want to spread the wonderful things about Japan not only to Japanese people but also to people overseas through Azabu Kishida (selling plates and takeaway chopsticks, as I mentioned yesterday, is one idea).

Other ideas include commercializing our food (for example, selling curry in pouches, developing products in collaboration with companies, etc.)

As we attract inbound customers, we will look at customer reactions and aim to open stores overseas, so that we can widely spread awareness of our store, services, and food to the world.

~Theme of the store~
“Creating beautiful Japanese culture”

Azabu Juban is home to many high-end stores, and we aim to satisfy the expectations, requests, and satisfaction of our customers who visit this area, as well as our international customers, and to help Japanese customers rediscover Japanese culture.

We aim to create a store where international customers can experience the best of Japanese culture.
From the food to the tableware, the interior of the store is modern, yet still has a Japanese feel.
Visiting “Azabu Kishida” = We aim to create a special and memorable store.
